About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Polad Develop Inc. as a Metal Fabrication Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and organize metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Clean and maintain machines and immediate work areas to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Load and unload vehicles in a timely and safe manner.
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
Work Environment

As a Metal Fabrication Worker, you will be working in a metal products manufacturing company with a noisy work site environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Lifting device operation.
  • Hand tool usage.
Weight Handling
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) in a safe and efficient manner.
Personal Suitability
  • Dependability and reliability in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Other Benefits
