Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance customer satisfaction by overseeing the activities of team members to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks. This includes maintaining a well-organized and fully stocked sales area while providing assistance to fulfill customer shopping requirements. The Grocery Operations Supervisor will lead a team to strategically manage responsibilities based on workload and customer traffic trends.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility #1: Deliver exceptional Customer Service by warmly welcoming all customers, assisting them in product selection, locating items, resolving inquiries, and directing concerns as necessary.
Responsibility #2: Assign, support, and monitor the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks such as Section Work, Capping bins, and Stocking picks.
Responsibility #3: Oversee and assist in the execution of price adjustments and promotional displays.
Responsibility #4: Supervise and support the completion of modular setups in designated areas.
Responsibility #5: Provide coverage in necessary areas on the sales floor, assisting with recovery and zoning efforts as required.
Responsibility #6: Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining safety logs and ensuring displays are secure and free from hazards.
Responsibility #7: Ensure that team members take breaks in accordance with coverage requirements.
Responsibility #8: Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
