Job Title: Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Build It Back. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operates power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Imparts the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to ensure a secure and durable finish.
  • Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces as needed.
  • Repairs, resurfaces, and replaces worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain our high standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Physically demanding work environment with handling of heavy loads.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a variety of settings, including on-site customer service, remote locations, rural areas, urban areas, and residential settings. We offer a permanent position with 30 to 45 hours of work per week.
