Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at 2544721 Alberta Inc. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with elderly clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment:

Our clients reside in various locations, and as a Home Care Worker, you will be required to travel to these locations to provide care and support.
