Savers / Value Village is a leading for-profit thrift operator in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where second-hand is second nature.
Our Business Model
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse.
Our Impact

Job Summary
We are hiring Store Production Team Members for both Full Time and Part Time positions. As a Store Production Team Member, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and preparation of donated items for sale
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
