About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supermarket Sales Associate to join our team at 1283831 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Point of Sale: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Stockroom and Warehouse: Receive and process incoming stock, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure a safe and efficient stockroom environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
