We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 1283831 B.C. LTD. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process electronic transactions, operate a computerized stock inventory system, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling heavy loads.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
