Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ANYTIME METALS LTD. will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards achieving its strategic goals. This position demands a visionary leader capable of managing diverse operational facets within the trade and broadcasting sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Departmental Leadership: Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Strategic Planning: Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements, or delegate responsibilities to trusted representatives.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish robust financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
