We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Smash Kitchen and Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating within our means.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
