About the Role

As a Night Baker at Country Grocer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our shelves are stocked with delicious, freshly baked goods. You'll be responsible for preparing and packaging a variety of items, including cookies, pastries, bread, and donuts. Your creations will delight our customers and contribute to the success of our bakery department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Bake a wide range of breads and pastries according to established recipes and standards.
  • Prepare and package cookies, pastries, bread, and donuts for display and sale.
  • Decorate donuts and cakes with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all prepared bakery items are properly labeled, covered, rotated, and stocked on shelves.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed within the bakery department.
