About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at KANBURG ENTERPRISES CORPORATION. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve stock turnover.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile sales transactions to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales floor staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Address employee concerns and issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and store displays.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and reduce waste.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of success in a retail management role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
