- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that meet the game's vision and goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of the game's design and direction.
- Lead the development of complex product environments and ensure that they meet the game's vision and goals.
- At least one shipped title in a design leadership role.
- Experience leading complex product and team environments.
- Understanding of best practices for creating an inclusive work environment.
- Live Service experience in a design leadership role.
- Several years of games industry experience.
