Ripple Effect Vancouver is a game studio that's all about building community-first experiences through innovation and cutting-edge technology. We're a team that values bold risk-taking and excellence through iteration. We're looking for a Senior Systems Design Director to join us in our mission to create amazing games and experiences, and to elevate ourselves and our craft. As a key member of our team, you'll report to our Design Line Manager and be responsible for setting direction and overseeing the implementation of features related to Economy, Progression, and Social. Your long-term direction will be focused on Progression, Economy, and Social related features in line with our overall game vision. You'll communicate your vision, design, constraints, and concerns to your team, and contribute to maintaining an inclusive and creative working environment. We're looking for someone with at least one shipped title in a design leadership role, and experience shipping a multiplayer title as a designer. You should also have live service experience in a design leadership role, and several years of games industry experience.
