We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Baptist Housing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team.
- Conduct thorough assessments and document resident progress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Current membership in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM).
- Current First Aid and Food Safe Certificates.
