Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at Switchboard Wireless, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail environment. Your leadership will be essential in guiding our sales team and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Authorize merchandise returns
  • Engage in direct sales activities
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of retail staff
