Position Summary:
As a Fire Suppression Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our efforts to combat wildfires. This position requires individuals who are physically fit and able to work under challenging conditions. Team members will engage in various firefighting techniques, including the use of hand tools, water delivery systems, and power equipment, all while adhering to a structured command system.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety:
• Uphold a high standard of personal and crew safety.
• Engage in the company's Occupational Health and Safety Program and comply with established protocols.
• Exhibit leadership in fire management situations, ensuring teamwork and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external partners using appropriate communication tools.
• Operate and maintain firefighting tools and equipment safely.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in remote and adverse environments.
• Travel safely using various modes of transportation.

Quality & Professionalism:
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Complete all required fire suppression training as directed.
• Be prepared for extended hours and on-call duties as needed.
• Follow instructions accurately in a disciplined work environment.
• Participate in camp shifts and maintain organized equipment and supplies.
• Assist with non-fire related tasks as assigned.
