Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metalworking Machine Operator to join our team at Briesam Corporation. As a Metalworking Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various metalworking machines and equipment to fabricate and assemble metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metalworking machines and equipment, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to fabricate and assemble metal parts and products.
  • Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld, or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products.
  • Operate presses or other forging machines to perform hot or cold forging to shape or form metal.
  • Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist.
  • Remove metal pieces from furnace when color or metal indicates proper forging temperature.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
