Role Overview

Responsibilities
In this role, you will initially focus on producing interior and/or building envelope drawings in Revit for a large-scale project. Following this, you may transition to other projects based on your interests and strengths. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and revising comprehensive technical plans and specifications throughout all project phases;
  • Producing and coordinating technical details;
  • Engaging in project coordination by collaborating with stakeholders such as engineers and consultants;
  • Researching and selecting suitable products, materials, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • A Diploma in Architectural Technologies or a Master's Degree in Architecture;
  • Approximately 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in architecture;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Revit software;
  • Experience in institutional projects;
  • Experience with building envelopes (considered an asset);
  • A solid understanding of BIM issues in architecture;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French is essential; bilingualism (French and English) is an asset;
  • Membership in the Ordre des architectes du Québec (an asset).
