TECHNOLOGUE INTERMÉDIAIRE EN ARCHITECTURE / INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

Le technologue intermédiaire en architecture travaille sous la supervision de l'architecte associé.e au sein d'une équipe dynamique.

Responsabilités principales

  • Réaliser des visites et/ou inspections de chantier, en rédigeant des rapports sur la plateforme Procore et en assurant le suivi nécessaire.
  • Analyser et commenter les demandes de paiement soumises.
  • Préparer et délivrer les certificats de paiement requis.
  • Évaluer et commenter les coûts associés aux modifications.
  • Assurer le suivi des QRT/RFI avec l'entrepreneur général, en collaboration avec le/la chargé(e) de projet.
  • Coordonner les modifications avec les autres disciplines, en partenariat avec le/la chargé(e) de projet.
  • Organiser et participer aux réunions d'équipe, en collaboration avec le/la chargé(e) de projet.
  • Servir de ressource pour les dessins d'atelier et les fiches techniques, en coordination avec le/la chargé(e) de projet.
  • Représenter NEUF lors des réunions de chantier hebdomadaires et préparer un résumé pour le suivi et la coordination avec l'équipe d'architecture et de design intérieur.
  • Établir les priorités en fonction des besoins sur le chantier.
  • Vérifier et commenter les directives avant leur diffusion.

Exigences requises

  • Détention d'un DEC technique en architecture.
  • Expérience pertinente de 5 à 10 ans dans le domaine.
  • Connaissance des codes et règlements en vigueur.
  • Solides compétences techniques.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCAD et Revit.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un bon collaborateur.
  • Attitude positive et excellent sens du service client.
  • Compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
