We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at F & F CONSTRUCTION INC.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and lubricating cranes.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move, and place plant machinery and materials.
  • Operate cranes mounted on boats or barges to lift, move, and place equipment and materials.
  • Assemble tower cranes on site.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide clear instructions to apprentices.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and dependability.
  • Hardworking and accurate individual.
