Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ANYTIME METALS LTD. is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively allocate resources and drive the company towards its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Oversight: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in official functions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee overall human resources planning.
Supervision

This position will involve supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
