About the Role:

  • Guide customers in their decor choices, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store.
  • Ensure the performance of the store, meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of customer service leadership.
  • Experience in customer service leadership, with a passion for interior decor and merchandising.
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.
