Business Operations Administrator

The Hot and Cold Cafe is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
This position is situated within the private sector, offering a dynamic and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and refine administrative protocols to improve efficiency.
- Assess and review new administrative practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage various administrative tasks within the establishment.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
- Oversee payroll administration processes.
- Plan and manage budget and expenditures effectively.
