Position Overview

The Hot and Cold Cafe is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This position is situated within the private sector, offering a dynamic and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative protocols to improve efficiency.
  • Assess and review new administrative practices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage various administrative tasks within the establishment.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
  • Oversee payroll administration processes.
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures effectively.
