About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Finish Touch Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit production and other reports to management.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities, including maintenance and repairs, to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and manage staff, including conducting interviews and making personnel recommendations.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Set up and maintain equipment, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Personnel Actions: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
