Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Ambassador. As the point of contact on site, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and assisting with basic machine functions and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the correct parking area
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment within your training scope
  • Manage consumables and provide basic equipment support services
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Background in customer service with a focus on de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations
  • Criminal and credit records check required
