Job Description

What will you do?

  • Proactively engage with clients to deliver exceptional service experiences through transaction completion and opportunity identification.
  • Focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to drive solutions and retain business.
  • Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to RBC partners.
  • Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
Requirements

Must-have

  • Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for client-centricity.
  • Drive and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Digital literacy across various devices.
  • Personal flexibility to work flexible hours.
  • Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
  • Confidence and ability to learn financial concepts and willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Nice-to-have

  • Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships in the financial or service industry.
  • Mutual Funds accreditation.
