Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Preparation: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
