Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and deliver food orders to the highest standards
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
