Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Produce Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Produce department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our produce department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Produce department to maintain excellent customer experience.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the department team to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to support the company's vision and achieve budgeted goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize department performance.
Requirements:
- Previous Retail Produce experience is required.
- Retail Team Leadership experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs is necessary.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
