Job Title: Business Analyst - BI & Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Business Analyst - BI & Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the bank's data-driven decision making by leveraging your knowledge of BI and Analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in BI and Analytics tools to support the bank's data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business functions to ensure technology solutions align with strategic goals.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable plans for programmers and developers.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business and IT teams to bridge the gap and ensure user needs are met.
  • Manage multiple projects as a contributing member of a collaborative team.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Technical/Functional Hybrid Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in SAS, Tableau, and Power BI (with some SQL experience).
  • Proven experience with data analysis, metrics, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise experience.
  • Knowledge of Data Mesh.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Databricks, and ETL tools.
  • Banking industry experience.
  • Understanding of change management and its impacts.
