Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at MAXPRO MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and improve sales performance.
- Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
