About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Able Immigration Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Enter data according to specified format, utilizing MS Office skills
  • Transfer data between software, maintaining data integrity
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data preservation
  • Perform backup procedures to ensure data security
  • Perform general office duties, including classification and storage of data
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a general office setting.
