About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Able Immigration Services Ltd. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform regular backup procedures to ensure data preservation and minimize the risk of data loss.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: General office environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
