Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with financial institutions and technology companies to integrate Wise products and services into their offerings through our robust API.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance and support to partners during the integration process, ensuring that technical solutions are well-defined and documented.
  • Feature Development: Engage in the definition and prioritization of new features, contributing to the long-term strategic planning of the Wise Platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to make informed product and project decisions.
  • Enhancing Integration: Improve the integration experience by creating comprehensive documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations.
  • Sales Support: Partner with the technical presales team to assist in the sales cycle and establish new partnerships.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing support to the API team as needed.
  • Travel Opportunities: Engage with teams and partners across various regions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in software development with over 5 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • A deep understanding of balancing customer-centric approaches with technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for international finance, foreign exchange, and payment systems.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, technology stacks, and cloud services.
