Job Title: Software Development Engineer Intern

Marecomms Inc. is a leading provider of advanced wireless communication and remote sensing solutions for maritime environments. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Development Engineer Intern to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our embedded software framework by analyzing and enhancing efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.
  • Design and implement user interfaces that function seamlessly on multiple platforms.
  • Implement software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation to document findings and communicate results effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, MATLAB, and Python.
  • Deep knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and frameworks/systems such as Git.
  • Solid grasp of Linux OS, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment with tidy, neat, non-sloppy work habits.
  • Ability to provide proof of designing and implementing well-documented, modular codes.
