This internship is open to students pursuing a degree in a STEM field
As a software development intern at CAE, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing software development tasks on small to medium-sized projects
- Requirements analysis, documentation, designing, coding, debugging, and testing new and existing software
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with C#, Java, and/or SQL is an asset
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education
Enrolled in a STEM program pursuing a bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, preferably in their 3rd or 4th year
Additional Requirements
Must be able to hold Controlled Goods and Enhanced Reliability security clearance with the Government of Canada
CAE offers:
