Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Greenskeeper Helper to join our team at Cattail Crossing Ltd. The successful candidate will assist with landscape constructions, weed, prune and trim trees and plants, cut grass, and perform various other tasks related to golf course maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and maintain golf course grounds
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees to enhance the golf course landscape
  • Apply fertilizers and other chemicals to maintain the health of the golf course
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation
  • Write daily progress reports to track maintenance activities
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens to ensure optimal growth
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and perform manual labor
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to the elements. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
