Qualifications

Work Environment

This role is situated within a fast-paced retail business setting, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates and monitor their performance.
  • Authorize payment transactions and manage returns of merchandise.
  • Order and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
  • Engage in selling merchandise and providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3 to 10 individuals.
