Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that merchandise is properly displayed and rotated.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied and loyal to our brand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
