About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Millennial Events. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our events and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Promotion: Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content.
  • Client Relations: Act as a spokesperson for our organization, advising clients on marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, gather and research communications material, and prepare educational programs and materials.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media, preparing and delivering publicity and information programs.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the coordination of special publicity events and promotions, and prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
