We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TNMTS INC. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Team Management
    • Hire and train food service staff to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service at all times.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role, or equivalent experience
