About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Advisor to join our Strategy & Business Process team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and modernization across our Financial Markets Operations sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business initiatives that drive operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to maximize the management of processes, resolve complex issues, and propose strategies to support project realization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align interests and manage priorities to ensure the profitability of improvements and solutions delivered.
  • Challenge current operating modes and business rules to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops to redefine team activities and support the integration of new processes into daily operations.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in process automation, reengineering, and continuous improvement. You will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 5 years of experience. You will also have experience in a consulting role with management and strong leadership skills.
