Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Michael Sacks and Debbi Sacks. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture
    • Change sheets, distribute toiletries, and stock linen closet
    • Clean kitchen, bathroom fixtures, and appliances
    • Handle lost and found items, empty trash containers, and launder clothing
    • Shop for food and household supplies and clean changing rooms
  • Household Management
    • Organize and maintain household schedules and routines
    • Coordinate household tasks and projects
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with household members and staff
    • Work collaboratively with other household staff members
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required for education
    • Training available for experience
  • Physical Abilities
    • Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail
    • Physically demanding with bending, crouching, and kneeling
    • Overtime may be required
  • Personal Qualities
    • Punctuality, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and initiative
