Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at H&M Group. As a Cherry Picker/Reach Truck Driver, you'll play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective product flow within our distribution centers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Unloading and sorting garments arriving daily by truck or container
  • Picking, allocating, inducting, and packing the right number of garments and/or products for our customers
  • Shipping garments and products to our customers
  • Processing returns and ensuring correct refunds are issued to our customers
  • Staying informed about current campaigns and activities to maximize sales opportunities
  • Working with ongoing Sustainability initiatives
  • Maintaining a clean and organized DC environment to support operation excellence
  • Working in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation with Health and Safety and Security routines to guarantee personal safety and the safety of colleagues

Requirements

  • Certified or previously certified to operate an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and/or Reach Truck, actively driving for 1 year+
  • Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, carry items
  • Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool, involving heights
  • May be required to pull/push a manual jack – 10 to 50 lbs.
  • If required, ability to operate an electric pallet jack and/or high-low machinery
  • If required, ability to operate a scanning gun
  • If required, ability to operate a strapping machine
  • Effective time management with ability to prioritize
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative in completing tasks and solving problems
