About the Role
As a Contracts & Tender Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and service agreements. You will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. Your expertise in tendering processes will also contribute to identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, process, and maintain sales and service contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Tender Expertise: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through tender websites and other sources. Assemble comprehensive tender submissions, adhering to customer requirements and deadlines.
- Risk Mitigation: Review and analyze contract terms to minimize potential risks for the company. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all active contracts and tenders, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) and external clients regarding contract status, pricing discrepancies, and other relevant information.
