Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of various sectors and industries to uncover promising investment prospects.
- Oversee the execution and comprehensive due diligence processes for investments aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions in Canadian projects.
- Draft detailed investment recommendation reports for internal review and approval.
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues while providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Establish and nurture a network of professional contacts within the investment and energy transition sectors.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in investment management.
- Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and French.
- Experience in socially responsible investing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and make informed investment decisions.
