About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product System Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize system flows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless transition of change into production.
  • Support testing and validation of software features to ensure they meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst with progressively more challenging responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with experience in process modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies and ability to adapt practices to meet unique needs.
