Position Overview

Lakeside01 Cleaning Services (Canada) Inc is seeking a dedicated Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a cleaning role
Work Environment
  • Apartment and condominium complexes
  • Office buildings
  • Commercial facilities
  • Construction sites
Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, hallways, and stairs
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate dirt, debris, and refuse
  • Dispose of waste from trash cans and other containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Sanitize bathrooms and fixtures
  • Operate with minimal supervision
Certifications
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
Experience Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning is essential, with a focus on industrial cleaning methods and equipment.

Equipment Proficiency
  • Industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers
  • Carpet cleaning machines
  • Waxing machines
  • Steam cleaners
Safety and Security

A criminal record check is required for this position.
