Job Title: Hairdresser

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hairdresser to join our team at Capitol Hair Studio Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail when it comes to hair styling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut and style hair according to client preferences
  • Shampoo and condition hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Supervise other hair stylists and staff
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hair styling
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Work Environment: Our salon is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of experienced hair stylists and staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have good manual dexterity.
