Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Boston Pizza Athabasca is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 37.5 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
